  In the first months of delay, we only received apology after apology and very little action and progress on their side. After that, our case was completely NEGLECTED until the time when our purchase offer was cancelled by the bank and this was communicated to us by a partner rather than Golf Property Store.

  Catherine and Andy have been excellent from our first telephone conversation to our first meeting. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable, with regards to our Apartment purchase at United Golf Resort. They make the buying process very easy from getting you the right property to the solicitors/banks etc , nothing was too much trouble.   When I first purchased in Spain it did feel a little daunting despite the amount of research I had done. I needn't have worried though as GPS supported me through the full end to end process which included viewings, the offer process, arranging a solicitor, obtaining NIE numbers, setting up a Spanish bank account (this also included Catherine personally taking me to numerous appointments).

  I had an extremely DISAPPOINTING experience dealing with Golf Property Store. The after-sale support was VERY VERY POOR. Despite being told the purchase process would take 30-60 days, our purchase offer was cancelled after 4 and a half months because of mistakes made by Golf Property Store and their partners. This happened after we had already invested a lot of time and money (property evaluation, notary services, etc…).

  When we asked for an explanation, Catherine blamed me for the delay! She probably forgot that 4 months were wasted by Golf Property Store and their partners. After that, despite being told we would be contacted by email or phone, we didn’t hear anything from anyone any longer which was exactly the end of SUCH TERRIBLE PURCHASE PROCESS I was expecting.

  There was never a 'hard sell' approach in fact quite the opposite. They work very hard to find properties that match your specific requirements and are extremely knowledgeable about the area.
